SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Packaging & Care All original paintings are carefully packaged with archival glassine paper, rigid backing, and protective cushioning to ensure they arrive safely.

Shipping Insurance & Signature All orders are shipped with declared value insurance and require a signature upon delivery. This protects both you and the artwork during transit.

Damaged in Transit In the rare event your painting arrives damaged, please contact me at tiolafeh7@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I will work with you to file a carrier insurance claim and find a resolution.

International Shipping I ship internationally to select countries. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
